Monday: Trash

I had two recyclable items for today.  I made no trash today which is a good step, I just hope I can do the same for every day of this week. I think today has really made me aware of the trash I produce because today I kept restraining myself like instead of using a plastic bag for my lunch, I put it in a plastic container. I also used a reusable water rather than buying a plastic bottle. It was actually not as difficult as I believed it to be however I think it might become more difficult as time progresses because in the long term I will need to buy supplies and other materials thus resulting in trash.
